If you have a sketched out drawing on paper, we can transform that sketch into a full professional digital rendering, providing all the information you will need to build your home. You will be able to walk through your home virtually or view it from a dollhouse view.

LD can also review your current renders and assist you in making them more efficient, by cutting building expense with an efficient layout and gaining living space.

Once you have your rendered plans finalized, you sign with LD to build your home, LD will reimburse you those design fees.
